WHAT IS A SYNDICATION?

A multifamily syndication is a partnership in which a group of investors pool their money together to purchase large assets that would otherwise be difficult for someone to acquire on their own. The typical structure consists of general partners and limited partners.

The General Partner, or syndicator, is responsible for overseeing and managing the property from acquisition, signing the loan, due diligence, renovation, and daily operations. They have full liability over the company and its decisions.

Limited Partners (LP's) are passive partners who invest in a portion of the equity investment and typically are not involved in the daily responsibilities of the company and have no personal liability beyond their investment.

  • How can I start seeing investment opportunities?

    You can join our free Investor Community HERE. Investors in our Investor Community are the first to receive notifications of new deals.

  • What is the minimum investment?

    It can vary depending on the deal, but typically $50k – $100k.

  • Can I invest with my retirement account?

    Yes! We accept self directed IRA and Solo 401(k) funds.  If you don’t know if your account qualifies, please reach out.

  • How often will I receive distributions?

    Investors receive profits from the cashflow of the property monthly.

  • How does the investment process work?

    Once you decide to partner with us, you can join our investor club to start seeing opportunities. Prospective investors receive an Offering Memorandum which displays all the pertinent info about the deal, business plan, and projected returns. Investors complete the investment documents and contribute capital. Profit checks and investment updates are delivered to investors each month.
